Matt Klene is an experienced customer support manager with a robust background in the cycling and outdoor industries. Currently serving as the Customer Support Manager at WTB (Wilderness Trail Bikes) since 2019, Matt previously held similar roles at Santa Cruz Bicycles and Chrome Industries. Early career experience includes a customer support and warranty representative position at Mountain Hardwear & Montrail and account management as well as technical recruiting at TEKsystems. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Economics from UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics.
