Katarzyna Pater

Katarzyna Pater serves as the Head of Legal for International Operations Management at WTE Wassertechnik GmbH since May 2016 and is also the Head of the Legal Department at WTE Betriebsgesellschaft mbH from July 2022. Prior to these roles, Katarzyna Pater worked as a Compliance & Integrity Officer and Legal Advisor at MOIA from September 2020 to January 2022, and as a Compliance Officer and Freelancer. Legal training includes a position as a Rechtsreferendarin at Landgericht Dortmund from February 2014 to March 2016, and internships at McDermott Will & Emery LLP and Shearman & Sterling LLP in 2012 and 2010, respectively. Educational qualifications consist of a Master of Business Engineering from the University of Stuttgart (2019-2022), a Zweites Staatsexamen in Rechtswissenschaften from Oberlandesgericht Hamm (2013-2016), and an Erstes Staatsexamen in Rechtswissenschaften from Ruhr University Bochum (2008-2013).
