Dirk Frank

Dirk Frank has extensive experience in service operations and technical support, currently serving as Service Operations Manager and Projektmanager at WTG since May 2021, where responsibilities include technical support, 1st level support, resource management, and project management. Prior to this role, Dirk Frank worked at ComTel Systemhaus GmbH & Co.KG from May 2008 to April 2021 as a Servicetechniker, providing technical hotline support for telecommunication systems. Dirk Frank began their career at Bosch Sicherheitssysteme as a Servicetechniker from August 2000 to May 2008 after completing a degree in Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration at Bosch Sicherheitssysteme and obtaining an Abitur from Berufliches Gymnasium Gelnhausen.
