Miranda Combs has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the media industry. Miranda began their career in 2002 as an Anchor/Reporter for WKYT-TV, where they worked until 2009. During this time, they also worked as an Account Manager at Preston-Osborne from 2009 to 2013. In 2013, Miranda returned to WKYT-TV as a WKYT Investigative Reporter and Anchor for WKYT News at 6:30 on CW Lexington until 2020. From 2020 to 2021, they served as the Director of Communications for the Kentucky Secretary of State. In 2021, they became an Assistant News Director at WDKY-FOX 56, before transitioning to their current role as a News Director at WTVQ starting in 2022.
Miranda Combs obtained a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Florida State University, where they attended from 1997 to 2001.
