Michelle C. Hiestand is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in recruitment across various industries, including real estate, finance, and technology. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Wüest Partner since January 2022, Michelle is responsible for leading recruitment efforts within an innovative real estate service provider. Previously, Michelle held roles such as Senior Recruiter for Cloud Product Management at Google and Senior Talent Acquisition Professional for Switzerland and EMEA at Avaloq, where expertise in strategic hiring and recruitment processes was further developed. Additional experience includes roles at The Estée Lauder Companies, VP Bank AG, and Credit Suisse, showcasing a diverse skill set in client management and strategic recruitment.
