Gregory Watson has been working in the scientific field since 2006. Gregory began their career as a Biologist at Monsanto Company in 2006. In 2008, they worked as a Lab Technician at the Washington University School of Medicine, a role they held for two years. From 2010 to 2015, Watson was a Postdoctoral Research Assistant and Doctoral Candidate in the Molecular & Cellular Biology Program at Oregon State University. Gregory then served as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Moffitt Cancer Center from 2015 to 2019 before becoming a Postdoctoral Fellow at H. LEE MOFFITT CANCER CENTER AND RESEARCH INSTITUTE, INC. in 2019. Currently, Watson is a Senior Scientist at Wugen.

Gregory Watson attended Oregon State University from 2010 to 2015, where they received their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Molecular and Cellular Biology. Prior to that, they attended The George Washington University from 2002 to 2005, where they earned their Bachelor of Science (BS), Cum Laude in Biological Sciences.
