Rachel Langland

Rachel Langland has worked in the biotechnology industry since 2003. Rachel began their career at Roche Molecular Systems, where they held the role of Senior Scientist and Principal Scientist II, Manager. In their role as Principal Scientist II, Manager, they were an expert in conception, design, feasibility and development of multiplexed qPCR and RT-qPCR assays, as well as experienced in developing strategies and performing isolation of nucleic acids from cells, fresh and FFPE tissue and liquid biopsies. Rachel was also involved with clinical, regulatory and quality support for IVD product launch. In 2020, Rachel moved to Wugen, where they currently hold the positions of Director of Analytical Development and Senior Scientist/Associate Director.

Rachel Langland completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Cincinnati in 1994.
