Charvy Ourm has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They started their career as a Videographer, Editor, and Production assistant at eLock Technologies LLC from 2005 to 2008. Currently, Charvy is working as a Senior Support Engineer at Wurl since 2021. They are the first line of technical support for Video Producers and Video Services on the Wurl Network, resolving technical issues regarding the Wurl Scheduler and streaming services, striving to meet the company's SLAs, and supporting customer success through collaboration with the Customer Operations and Sales teams.
Charvy Ourm attended San Francisco State University from 2008 to 2009 where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Radio and Television Broadcasting Technology. Prior to that, they studied Computer Science at Whittier College from 2004 to 2006.
