Rachel X. has extensive work experience in HR data and technology management. Rachel began their career at Jabil as an Inventory Analyst and later became a Planner, overseeing medical projects for major clients. After joining HP, Rachel served as a Regional Planner and Operation Analyst, leading process improvement initiatives and managing regional center operations. Rachel then joined Bureau Veritas Group as a Group Reporting Senior Analyst and eventually became the Group Reporting Manager, responsible for global HR data analysis and reporting. Currently, Rachel is working at 药明康德 as the HR Data Team Director, where they lead the HRIS team and designs digital strategies to enhance HR operations. In this role, they have successfully implemented various data analysis programs and developed Power BI dashboards for HR areas such as recruitment, talent management, and organizational performance.
