Voice Over IP Tier 2 Support at WVT Communications

Robert Eberle has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Robert worked at Momentum Telecom from 2003 onwards, where they served as a Voice Over IP Tier 2 Support specialist. In this role, they provided support for the Momentum VOIP network and acted as the team lead for the Birmingham office. Robert was responsible for handling escalations from over 100 VoIP resellers and had the authority to make system and network routing changes as needed.

Prior to their time at Momentum Telecom, Robert worked as a Verizon Network Resolutions Lead Technician at Teletech from 1999 to 2003.
