Emma Owen

Emma Owen is an accomplished multimedia journalist and producer at WVTM-TV, where work has included various roles from intern to production assistant since December 2020. In addition, Emma has been a camp counselor at the UAB Campus Recreation Center since June 2019 and has held multiple positions at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, including Blazer News Reporter and Managing Editor. Emma completed a degree in Communication Studies with a focus on Broadcast Journalism at the University of Alabama at Birmingham from 2018 to 2022.
