Michelle Lam

Michelle Lam, PMP, currently serves as a Business Analysis Manager for the Optimization Team in the Office of the CEO at WeightWatchers since May 2021. Previously, Michelle held various positions at EY from January 2018 to April 2021, including EY Americas Innovation Senior, where contributions were made to build a Corporate Innovation Ventures Business, and Senior Consultant in Strategy & Business Transformation focusing on performance improvement in the Banking industry. Michelle has also contributed to the Official Ascend New York Metro Chapter as Baruch College Liaison and Mentor Program Committee Member. Earlier professional experience includes roles at Capco as a Consultant and Associate Consultant, and at Berdon LLP as a Tax Associate. Michelle led the Ascend Baruch Chapter, guiding over 300 members, and held a Finance & Operations Associate position at Smith Affiliated Capital. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Baruch College and has further education from Harvard Business School.
