Jessica Bruder is an accomplished author and journalist, currently recognized for the book "NOMADLAND: SURVIVING AMERICA IN THE TWENTY-FIRST CENTURY," published by W. W. Norton & Company, Inc. in September 2017, which highlights the struggles of older Americans as migrant workers. Bruder serves as an Adjunct Associate Professor at Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism since 2008, where courses in creative non-fiction and journalism fundamentals are taught. As a freelance journalist, Bruder has contributed over 120 articles to notable publications including The New York Times, WIRED, and Harper's Magazine.
