Katherine Howard

Katherine Howard is currently serving as the College Publishing Sales Representative for W. W. Norton & Company, Inc., focusing on the Bay Area territory since May 2023. Previously, Katherine worked at Loyola Marymount University as a Graduate Assistant in the Student Employment Services office and held the position of Lead Teaching Fellow in the Graduate English department, where responsibilities included instructing Rhetorical Arts 1000 and managing student engagement. Katherine also gained customer service experience at Nordstrom, working in various capacities, including Customer Service Specialist and Retail Salesperson, enhancing skills in client relations and logistical operations. Katherine holds a Master's degree in English Literature from Loyola Marymount University and a Bachelor's degree with Departmental Honors from Seattle University.
