Rosario Gervasi

Rosario Gervasi has been serving as an IT Desktop Support professional at W. W. Norton & Company, Inc. since August 2012, where responsibilities include providing support for printers, phones, diagnosing and troubleshooting Windows processing problems, and addressing hardware and software issues. Rosario also performs hardware and software maintenance and setup. Rosario earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems - Programming from Bloomfield College between 2007 and 2011 and is currently pursuing further education at New York Business Institute.
