George Speak Mrics

George Speak MRICS is an experienced Contracts Manager at WW+P Architects since August 2022. Prior to this role, George served as a Consultant Quantity Surveyor with FCC Construcción from January 2022 to July 2022, focusing on a major healthcare project bid valued at approximately £350 million. George also worked as a Consultant Quantity Surveyor for Systech International between January 2021 and January 2022, managing commercial aspects of a $300 million AUD mining project in Western Australia. Earlier experience includes roles as a Quantity Surveyor and Trainee Quantity Surveyor at Speller Metcalfe from July 2014 to December 2020. George holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management from the University of the West of England, completed in 2016, and previously attended Okehampton College from 2005 to 2012.
