Deb Maiwald, MBA, DTM has extensive work experience in finance and management roles. Deb started their career at Kansas City Southern Railway in 1991 and worked as a Manager of Cost and Profitability for ten years. Deb then joined Ameristar Casino as the Manager of Analysis/Profitability and Productivity for four years. After that, they worked as a Finance Manager at Pitney Bowes Management Services for seven years. In 2012, they became the Director of Finance at Gentiva Health Services before moving on to TI as the Vice President of Public Relations, Suburban Club #1009. Deb then served as the President of Suburban Toastmasters and later as the Area Director and Governor at TI. In 2014, Deb started working as a Senior Consultant at Consulting - Independent/Partnership with Robert Half International, specializing in accounting, finance, contracts, and process improvement. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Wyandot Behavioral Health Network, where they have been since 2016. Deb holds an MBA and is a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM).

Deb Maiwald holds an MBA in Management from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. In addition, they also have a BBA in Accounting and Finance from the same institution.
