Sharmin Blue serves as the President & CEO of Grand Expectations, Inc. since November 2021, where responsibilities include collaborating with the Board of Directors, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and fostering stakeholder relationships. Concurrently, Sharmin Blue has held multiple roles at Covenant Community Inc & Recovery Resources of Atlanta since September 2019, including Director of Compliance and Operations Manager, focusing on adherence to regulations and management of operational processes. Additionally, Sharmin Blue is a Licensed Real Estate Agent with Wynd Realty since April 2017, providing market advice and transaction support. Previous experience includes significant project management roles at Level 3 Communications from 1999 to 2016, and a provisioning management position at Verizon. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Clayton State University and two Associate degrees in Sociology and Business Administration.
