Prior to that, they were the HR Director at TFE Hotels, responsible for strategic human capital solutions. Bruce also held VP positions at Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts and Kempinski, focusing on talent development and HR transformation. Bruce started their career at AHS Hospitality, where they established the HR function and supported the company's growth. Bruce has a strong background in learning and development and has implemented various HR programs and initiatives throughout their career.
Bruce Harkness pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management at Edith Cowan University from 1992 to 1994. Bruce later completed a Master of Science in Executive coaching at Sheffield Hallam University from 2008 to 2009.
