Susan MacPhail

Susan MacPhail is an experienced professional in program management and air planning with a career spanning several years. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Wynford since September 2007, Susan has a rich history in the industry, including various contract positions as an on-site trip director from January 2005 to February 2011. Additionally, Susan held roles at Wynford from 1999 to 2003, such as Vice President of Product and Manager of Air Planning & Concierge Services, where responsibilities included overseeing air planning for groups, managing VIP air concierge services, and acting as the primary liaison between Sales and Planning.
