Danielle Pexa

Danielle Pexa has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Diversity Ambassador at Wynn Las Vegas since January 2018, where the focus is on promoting Diversity & Inclusion through engagement and community outreach. In addition, Danielle holds the position of Employee Advisory Council Member, assisting with grant funding approvals and supporting community initiatives. Previous roles include Operations Manager at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and Beverage Manager at sbe Lifestyle Hospitality, as well as a pivotal role in opening two venues at Baha Mar Resort. Danielle began the career as a Cocktail Server at The Light Group and holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Graphic Communications from the College of Southern Nevada.
