Tim Morton

Tim Morton has extensive experience in project management and estimation within the construction industry. Since April 2020, Tim has worked as a Project Manager and Estimator at Wynn Site Development, Inc. Previously, Tim spent over two decades at SAS in various roles, including Site Services Business Operations Specialist and Site Services Manager. Tim's earlier experience includes working as an Estimator at CC Mangum Inc., where responsibilities included estimating commercial heavy highway and site construction projects and performing grading takeoffs using AGTEK. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Horticulture Landscape Design from North Carolina State University, with relevant coursework in engineering surveying, plant identification, entomology, plant pathology, site planning, and landscape design.
