Jaime Townsend

Jaime Townsend has extensive experience in the fields of information technology and automation, currently serving as the Director of Resident System Support at Daifuku Intralogistics America since December 2020. Previous roles at Daifuku include Manager of Automation Execution and Integration Manager. Prior to this, Jaime worked as an Information Technology Consultant at Optomi and held positions at SSI Schaefer Systems International North America, including Head of IT Consultancy and IT Logistics Consultant. Jaime's expertise encompasses project management, software commissioning, and IT consultancy, with a strong focus on software implementation, customization, and customer training. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Bioinformatics from Lehigh University, obtained in 2015.
