Andrea Allen

Andrea Allen is currently employed at the Wyoming Department of Transportation as a Project Development Engineer since 2001. With experience in various civil engineering roles at companies such as URS Corporation and Bohannan Huston, Inc., Andrea has a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Wyoming.
