Debbie Ross, a CPA, has held various roles in ERP financial systems management, business applications analysis, and reporting analysis at the Wyoming Department of Transportation since 2007. Prior to that, Debbie worked in contract analysis and business systems analysis at different companies. Debbie has a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems with an accounting emphasis.
