April Troester has over 15 years of experience in customer service and support leadership roles across various industries, primarily in the insurtech and publishing sectors. Currently, April serves as the Head of Service and Support at both String and Key and Wysh, where April established a support function for B2C products and manages related operations. Previously, as Vice President of Customer Service at Research Square, April successfully managed teams in the US and China, achieving a 98% customer satisfaction rate through innovative support strategies. April has also held significant roles at AJE – American Journal Experts, overseeing editing operations and contributing to product innovation. April holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Duke University and a B.S. in Biochemistry from Bradley University.
