Mike Gatto

Michael Gatto is an experienced design and leadership professional currently serving as Associate Director of CX at X BY 2 since April 2023. Previously, Michael held the position of Staff UX Experience Designer at Rocket Central, where responsibilities included leading exploratory design sprints and launching a component library. As Experience Director at Quicken Loans, Michael directed the product team for Rocket Pro, overseeing strategic direction and team mentoring. Additional roles include Senior Experience Designer at VML, Creative Director at Phire Group, Executive Creative Director at Perficient Digital, and Creative Director at Enlighten. Michael began a career in design as a Graphic Designer in print before transitioning to digital, culminating in a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Michigan.
