Paul J Fitzsimmons is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate, structured finance, and portfolio management. Currently serving as Managing Director at X-Caliber Capital since June 2018, Paul leads HUD, C-PACE, USDA, and Bridge originations, focusing on multifamily properties and the healthcare sector. Prior positions include Principal at PJF Realty LLC, where Paul developed a single-family rental portfolio, and Managing Director at Kroll Bond Rating Agency, overseeing CRE research and client relations.
