Mat Barrow

Mat Barrow has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Mat is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of X-Lab, a healthcare software solutions company. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director of X-Lab Ltd, where they focused on transforming healthcare through innovative digital solutions. Mat has also held leadership positions in other organizations, including being the Founder and Director of Hathaway Strategy, where they supported board-level leadership through digital transformation. Mat co-founded Tech Leaders North, a community for tech leaders in the North, and has worked as the Director and Head of London and Manchester at Infinity Works.
