Jillia Fongheiser has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2007, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at Fey Chiropractic. In 2010, they joined the UC Berkeley Psychology Department as a Research Assistant, where they conducted experiments, collected and analyzed data, and contributed to research projects.

In 2011, Jillia served as the President of the UC Berkeley Panhellenic Council and later as the Vice President of Risk Management for the Panhellenic Council.
