Lam Nguyen

Lam Nguyen has a strong background in scientific research, with experience in artificial intelligence and biological modeling. They currently work as an Artificial Intelligence Scientist/Engineer at X, the moonshot factory since December 2019. Prior to that, Lam worked as a Research Scientist at the California Institute of Technology from May 2011 to November 2019. In this role, they built software for modeling bacterial cell growth and published their work in respected scientific journals. Lam also has experience as a PHD Researcher at Florida State University from September 2005 to April 2011, where they used various microscopy techniques and simulations to study biopolymer assembly and published their findings in relevant scientific publications.

Lam Nguyen obtained a PhD in Physics from Florida State University from 2005 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Vietnam National University, Hanoi, spanning from 1999 to 2003.
