Mariya Datsenko

Mariya Datsenko has a diverse work experience spanning various roles within the field of rewards and recognition, compensation, and operations coordination. Mariya started their career at Schreiber Foods as an Application Development Intern before moving on to General Mills as an IT Analyst Intern. Mariya then worked at UW System Administration as a Web Assistant. Following that, Mariya joined Google, where they held the positions of Operations Coordinator for People Development and Compensation Associate. Mariya also worked as an Operations Coordinator for Compensation and as a Compensation Analyst at X, the moonshot factory. Currently, Mariya is the Head of Rewards & Recognition at X.

Mariya Datsenko obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Operations & Technology Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Mariya pursued their studies at the university from 2010 to 2014.
