Donald Kip Wolf

Donald Kip Wolf is the current Head of Technical Operations & Portfolio Management at X-Vax Technology.

Donald has over 25 years of experience in the field of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance. Donald began their career at Merck, where they spent 3 years as the Director of Global Regulatory Affairs, Business Operations & Portfolio Management. In this role, Donald was responsible for driving all major change initiatives and interfacing with cross-functional and cross-divisional management to educate and motivate stakeholders, measure project success, guide resource management, track cost and schedule performance, and act as a change agent for Merck/Schering-Plough integration activities.

After leaving Merck, Donald spent a year as the Consent Decree Champion at Johnson & Johnson, where they facilitated the integration of process and system changes for sustainability and to ensure operational readiness for certification preparedness. In January 2015, Donald joined Tunnell Consulting, Inc. as a Principal. In this role, Donald was responsible for business development and project delivery for Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance projects, and provided thought leadership in the areas of Data Integrity and Information Governance. Donald left Tunnell Consulting in August 2020 to assume their current role at X-Vax Technology.

They work with Andreas Eggert - Chief Operating Officer, Clare Kahn - Research & Development Strategy Officer, and Florian Schödel - Chief Scientific Advisor. Their manager is Ulf Wiinberg, President & Chief Executive Officer.
