Dale Pfeifer

Dale Pfeifer has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Dale is the Founder and CEO of Goodworld, a company that helps businesses incorporate social impact into their operations. With Goodworld, Dale works with major clients such as Mastercard and Citi to provide an all-in-one platform and support for launching and scaling social impact initiatives.

Prior to starting Goodworld, Dale held the position of Director of Partnerships at FutureView, Inc., where they worked with media companies, foundations, and nonprofits to create transformative change through facilitation processes and storytelling. Dale managed major relationships with organizations such as The Rockefeller Foundation, Fetzer Institute, and Professional BusinessWomen of California.

Dale also served as the Campaign Director at Push4Peace, leading a peace campaign that united 30 organizations and collected over half a million pledges for peace through social media. Dale worked as the Director of Network Development & Strategic Communication at the Project on National Security Reform, where they were responsible for recommending improvements to the U.S. national security system.

Additionally, Dale has experience working at the EastWest Institute as the Deputy Director of Leadership Programs and Global Networks. Dale has also led the Study of Leadership at Victoria University of Wellington in New Zealand, where they engaged in international research collaborations, designed leadership development initiatives, and lectured at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

Before that, Dale worked as a Research Officer at Massey University. Throughout their career, Dale has demonstrated strong leadership skills, expertise in strategic planning and partnership development, and a passion for driving social impact.

Dale Pfeifer completed their education at Massey University, where they first earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Psychology in an unspecified year between 1997 and 2021. Dale further pursued higher education at Massey University, obtaining a Master of Management degree in Communication Management from 2002 to 2004. Prior to attending university, Dale attended James Hargest High School, although the specific dates and field of study are unknown.
