Laura Mccluer

Laura Mccluer is the VP, Global Alliances at Xactly. Laura has over 25 years of experience in the software industry, with a focus on developing and executing strategic alliances and channel strategies. Prior to joining Xactly, Laura was the Vice President, Global Strategic Alliances at Hitachi Vantara, where they led the global strategic technology alliances organization and guided strategic partnerships with industry leading ISVs. Laura has also held leadership positions at Software AG and ANCILE Solutions, Inc., where they were responsible for developing and executing alliance and channel strategies, expanding the company’s footprint across the region, and delivering revenue growth through partnerships. Under Laura’s leadership, the team has strengthened with experienced talent, implemented processes to enable scale, increased resource investments to ensure achievement of business goals and increased team credibility and value contribution to the organization.
