Dararith Long

Dararith Long has a diverse work experience, beginning with an Undergraduate Research Assistant role at the University of California, Berkeley in 2007. In 2008, they joined OSIsoft as a Field Service Engineer, then moved into roles as Senior Field Service Engineer, Rotation Engineer, Team Lead of Product Support, and Manager of Technical Support. In 2021, they joined AVEVA as Manager of Technical Support and Xage Security as Solutions Architect and Principal Customer Success Engineer. At AVEVA, they managed a cross-functional team of 13 to 22 employees in the pursuit of delivering customers world-class service experience with the PI System. At OSIsoft, they managed a team of up to 22 Product Support Engineers and solved and closed 400+ frontline technical support phone, email, and web cases. Dararith also provided services for customers to improve and expand their business operations.

Dararith Long has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. Dararith also holds certifications from CompTIA, The KCS Academy, Microsoft, and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist. Their most recent certification is CompTIA Security+ ce, obtained in January 2022. Dararith also obtained KCS v6 Practices in April 2017, Microsoft Certified Professional in April 2012, and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist: Windows Server 2008 Networking Infrastructure Configuration in January 2009.
