Jonathan Amberpeta

Jonathan Amberpeta is a seasoned technical professional with a diverse background in information technology and product management. Currently serving as a Technical Architect at Navient since March 2015 and holding the role of Product Manager at Service Pack since October 2021, Jonathan focuses on enhancing customer experience through artificial intelligence. Additionally, Jonathan contributes as a Technology Consultant at Thinc Lab Works from October 2020. Prior experience includes a position as an IT Technical Analyst at Sallie Mae from March 2014 to March 2015. Jonathan is a graduate of Cooper City High School, class of 2009.
