Saranrat Chaovanapanich is an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in human resources across multiple organizations. Currently at Nordson Xaloy since May 2015, Saranrat manages and coordinates various HR functions, including safety, training, recruitment, and employee relations. Prior to this role, Saranrat served as Human Resources Manager at Transitions Optical Thailand, where strategies and policies were implemented to align with business goals.
