Jay Soni

Jay Soni has had a diverse range of work experience. Jay started their career at North as a Computer Vision Developer for four months in 2018. Jay then worked as a Medical Physics Research Assistant at Sunnybrook from September 2018 to August 2020. In 2021, they joined Harvard University as a Quantum Optics Research Fellow for four months before transitioning to Xanadu. At Xanadu, they started as a Quantum Software Developer I from September 2021 to December 2022, and then advanced to the role of Quantum Software Developer II from December 2022 to the present.

Jay Soni attended the University of Waterloo from 2016 to 2021. Jay pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree with a focus on Honours Mathematical Physics. In December 2020, they also obtained a certification in Intro to SQL from Kaggle.
