Zachary Vernon

Zachary Vernon is currently working as the Chief Technology Officer—Hardware at Xanadu since July 2017. Prior to this, Zachary was a PhD student in Physics at the University of Toronto, specializing in quantum photonics theory. Zachary has experience as a Teaching Assistant, Research Assistant, and Teacher, showcasing their diverse background in academia and research. Zachary also spent time as a Visiting PhD Student at Università degli studi di Pavia and as an Exchange Student at the University of Hamburg. With a strong educational background in Physics, including a Doctor of Philosophy degree from the University of Toronto, Zachary brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current role in the technology industry.
