Steven Hampson

Steven Hampson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in growth, partnerships, and consulting. As the Head of Growth & Partnerships and COO & Co-Founder at Xander Talent since March 2020, Steven focuses on building resilient teams aligned with organizational visions. In April 2018, Steven also co-founded Core Consultants, aiming to enhance business collaborations with trusted consultants. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Manager at KPMG UK, leading the eTrading capital markets proposition, and working as a Senior Associate in KPMG US on capital markets technology projects. Steven's educational background includes a BSc in Economic History from The London School of Economics and a Graduate Diploma in Law from The University of Law, along with prior studies in history, physics, mathematics, and law.
