Michael Udinski has a diverse work experience beginning in 2014. Michael began their career as a Sales Associate at MINDBODY, Inc., where they conducted 60-120 cold calls each day to learn about potential clients businesses and pitch MINDBODY software. In 2015, they joined Siemens as an Account Manager / Sales Engineer, where they consulted customers in a Northern California territory on Siemens Industry products and solutions. Michael was also selected as one of 6 nationwide for an executive-sponsored rotational sales and leadership training program. In 2017, they embarked on an Independent Cultural Immersion, where they practiced extensive problem-solving, budgeting, and cross-cultural communication skills. In 2019, they joined Honeywell as an Account Manager, where they acted as the single-point of contact and advisor for specified accounts. Currently, they are the Head of Customer Success & Community and Customer Success Lead at Xano, a fully hosted solution that handles server resources, database, auto-generated CRUD API endpoints, complex business logic, and more.
Michael Udinski obtained a Bachelor of Science in Economics from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo between 2011 and 2015. Michael has also obtained additional certifications from LinkedIn and Udemy, including Excel PivotTables: Mastering PivotTables and PivotCharts (May 2020), Managing and Analyzing Data in Excel (Office 365/Excel 2019) (May 2020), Tableau 10 A-Z: Hands-On Tableau Training for Data Science (April 2020), Sales: Customer Success (March 2020), and The Complete SQL Bootcamp (January 2020).
