Gene Liang has been working in the IT industry since 2006. Gene began their career at Global Netoptex, Inc. as a Network Operation Center Technician in 2006. In 2007, they moved to Exponential as an IT Support Technician, where they monitored incoming tickets and troubleshooted them for local and remote users, built and updated image for laptops and desktops, and installed and configured desktop and laptops to meet user's needs. In 2010, they joined CompuCom as a Tech Assist. In 2011, they became an IT Support Specialist at the Jewish Community Center of San Francisco. Finally, they joined Xantrion in 2015, where they have held the roles of Support Engineer and Support Engineer II.
Gene Liang attended American InterContinental University from 2008 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Information Technology (BIT) degree in Computer Forensics.
