Matthew Mueller has been working in the IT field since 1999. Matthew began their career as a Computer Technician at Redlands East Valley High School, where they installed and configured Windows workstations, implemented solutions based on supervisor determinations, and installed wireless cards for a mobile macbook computer lab. In 2005, they became a Service Representative at Tax And Bookkeeping Solutions. In 2006, they joined So Cal Computer Shop as a Senior Technology Consultant, where they diagnosed computer and network related problems, planned and implemented network architecture and server and workstation infrastructure projects up to 30 stations, and implemented multiple location connections using VPN. In 2013, they became a Network Support Technician at Advanced Management Solutions, where they reviewed and tested software to find or confirm bugs, and assisted customers with problems they may be having with the software. That same year, they also became a Tier II Support Technician at eTop Technology, Inc, where they researched new systems for client and company wide implementation, and managed Tier 1 support technicians. In 2018, they joined Pinnacle Communication Services as an IT Support Specialist. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as a Support Engineer I at Xantrion.

Matthew Mueller attended Laptop Training Solutions from 2004 to 2012, where they earned A+, MCP, MCSA w/ Security+ Certifications in Microsoft and Network Technologies.
