Richard Ericksen

Richard Ericksen has worked in various roles across a variety of industries since 1998. Richard began their career as Production Staff at Document Solutions, Inc., where they were responsible for scanning documents in bulk and proofreading what the OCR engine thought it saw. Richard then moved to Asakuchi City Board of Education in 2005, where they worked as an English Instructor for kindergarten through sixth grade. In 2010, they took on the role of Helpdesk Technician at Ex'pression College, and was later promoted to Interim IT Director and Helpdesk Manager. In 2012, they joined Xantrion as a Consultant and was later promoted to Operations Manager and Director of Operations. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing a team of consultants, managing client relationships, and researching and implementing new hardware and software implementations. Richard also facilitated a streamlining of the org-chart and implemented metrics to track day to day progress.

Richard Ericksen attended the Academy of Art University from 1994 to 1996, where they studied Illustration and Computer Applications. Richard also holds a Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) certification.
