Shane Healy has over 20 years of experience in the media industry, with a focus on radio broadcasting. Shane is currently the Director of Engagement and Operations at Xavier College. Shane has previously held the role of General Manager for 3AW 693 & Magic 1278 with Fairfax Radio Network and 6PR/96FM with Southern Cross Broadcasting.

Shane is a highly experienced and successful media executive, with a proven track record in leadership roles. Shane has a deep understanding of the media landscape and the challenges faced by broadcasters. Shane is a strong negotiator and has a keen eye for detail, which has allowed him to achieve outstanding results in revenue market share, audience share and strategic planning.
