Norma I. Gonzalez

Norma I. Gonzalez is the Vice President of Quality at XBiotech. Norma has over 25 years of experience in managing strategic projects for product development. Norma has a successful track record in building and managing high performance cross-functional project teams. Ms. Gonzalez has a deep understanding of design control guidelines and regulatory bodies, including FDA, ISO standards and AAMI standards. Throughout their career, they have managed multiple projects simultaneously and achieved successful outcomes.

Norma I. Gonzalez attended the [Universidad de Puerto Rico for their bachelor's degree in science. Norma then attended CAAM for a general degree. Finally, they completed their education at Ponce High. ]

Norma I. Gonzalez reports to John Simard, Founder, President, Chief Executive Officer & Chairman. They are on a team with Sushma Shivaswamy - Chief Scientific Officer, Queena Han - Vice President of Finance and Human Resources and Secretary.
