Comfort Afolabi Ph.d.

Comfort Afolabi, Ph.D., CSM, is an experienced Evaluation Specialist at Xcalibur, where responsibilities include designing data collection tools and providing evaluation-related technical assistance in educational settings since August 2022. From September 2013, Comfort Afolabi has served as a Senior Research Associate at the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, overseeing data collection and advancing the division's research agenda. Previous roles include Internal Evaluator for GEAR UP Georgia and Adjunct Faculty Member at Georgia State University, as well as a Research Specialist/Internal Program Evaluator at the Georgia Professional Standards Commission. Comfort Afolabi holds a Ph.D. in Educational Policy Studies and an MPA from Georgia State University, along with a BSC in Geography from Ondo State University.
