Luca Papaleo

Luca Papaleo has a diverse work experience. Luca co-founded Xceed in 2012, where they held several roles including Co-Founder & CTO and Co-founder - COO. At Xceed, they created a platform that allows users to browse and access music events and developed a cloud-based platform for venues to target specific audiences. In 2020, Luca worked as a Web Designer & Developer, focusing on creating seamless websites with optimized user experience and increasing sales and brand value. Luca also worked as a Sales Associate at Bison Italia Srl, where they sold and marketed a wide range of products and managed key accounts and distributors. Prior to that, they held roles as a Team Leader at Amnick Social Enterprise and as an Executive Assistant at Business Consulting Etica.

Luca Papaleo completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business/Managerial Economics from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, a four-year program from 2007 to 2011. Following this, Luca pursued further education and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Administration and Management, General from Universidad de Sevilla, completing the program in 2010. Subsequently, Luca attended Hult International Business School from 2012 to 2013, earning a Master's degree in International Business.
