Brett Maxedon serves as the VP of Claims Operations at Xceedance since February 2022, bringing extensive experience from AIG, where a career spanned nearly 24 years. In various leadership roles, including VP of Claims Operations & Systems, Operations Vice President for Global Casualty Claims, Global TPA Management, and others, Brett Maxedon demonstrated expertise in claims IT support, operational oversight, compliance management, and project leadership across multiple regions. Brett's educational background includes an M.B.A. and a Bachelor's Degree from The University of Texas at Dallas.
